A liquid hourglass for focus. You start it by turning your phone face-down — the gesture that removes the phone from your life is the gesture that starts the timer.

The session runs in the dark. Twenty-five minutes later the phone buzzes on the table, you turn it back over, and the glass is still — the reward for finishing is literally stillness. A thin band of sediment settles into the sill: one more finished session today.

The glass never shows a number. If you must know, drag a finger across it — the condensation clears where you wiped, then fogs back over and forgets you asked.
